Our goal at My Hostly is to become an industry specialist in the field of rental and property management company. Today, the vacation industry is defined by the Airbnbs and short-term rentals, steering away from the domination of high-priced hotels. Vacation rentals paint a picture of impeccable customer service and customization for travelers, who are no longer bound by expensive hotel meals and facilities that are only available at an extra cost.

Homeowners and property investors are also empowered by the short-term rental industry—allowing them to determine when and how often their homes are available to host guests. Yet, despite the symbiotic relationship between both parties, there’s no doubt that managing a portfolio of vacation rentals can be a time-consuming affair.

It’s our mission to empower property owners to turn their homes into magnificent rentals—vacation destinations that stand out in a competitive sea of Airbnbs. From marketing and listing the property for rent to managing the visitor base and facilitating repairs and maintenance work, our comprehensive rental management service aims to take the load off homeowners so they can simply watch their passive income grow.

Company Story

My Hostly is the brainchild of Natalie Blanco, a businesswoman whose roots began in Puerto Rico, where she managed and directed the country’s largest parking company. But her dreams would not allow her to stay in one corner of the world. So Natalie eventually sought greater opportunities, leading her to Texas, where she shifted career paths to executive management. Her business acumen was essential in helping struggling businesses find footing after turbulence caused operations to fall apart.

It was also in Texas where Natalie encountered some of the world’s most supportive colleagues, who helped her realize her potential outside of a 9-5 desk job. That big idea sparked her interest in the world of business management. And her first deep dive into entrepreneurship began with her entry into the world of fixing up lackluster e-commerce sites and helping them emerge into the competitive space. She also continued to walk down the path of helping struggling businesses find footing by creating modern solutions, reimagining and rebranding them into high-performing entities in their individual spaces.

In one of her ventures, Natalie realized a massive gap in the housekeeping market, prompting her to establish Magic Helpers. It’s a hotel-style housekeeping and concierge company that offers customized service and care for guests living in vacation rentals. When renters want the comforts of home and the service of a hotel, they can turn to Magic Helpers.

With her involvement in services catered to short-term rentals, Natalie figured that there was so much more unrealized potential in this sphere. The industry was booming—but most services catered to clients rather than property owners. Using this idea as her jumping-off point, she established My Hostly, a property management platform for short-term rentals.

My Hostly has since grown into a massive 24-hour property management company that serves clients within Texas. From mansions to cottages and vacation homes by the beach, its portfolio of clients continues to diversify and remain profitable—thanks to My Hostly’s personalized touch and services. Just as Natalie's entrepreneurial spirit continues to burn today, My Hostly’s passion to serve property owners continues to be at the forefront of its mission.
